Fiona Crisp and Carl von Weiler, are based in England. Carl von Weiler teaches regularly at The Slade and on the MA at Sheffield and, during 2004, was the holder of the Art and Architecture Residency at Kielder Forest, Northumberland. Fiona Crisp is a visiting lecturer at several UK colleges and teaches regularly at the University of Northumbria at Newcastle. Przemyslaw Jasielski, is a Polish artist who studied and now teaches at the Poznan Academy of Fine Art. Jasielski was in Guernsey during May 2003 and led a workshop on object and sound with the 1st Year Art & Design students. He launched his residency with a public lecture and installed a work entitled To see the sound of an angel wings; anatomical version in ' the gallery'

Alexandre da Cunha, was in Guernsey during May 2002. He is a Brazilian artist who is currently based in London where he stayed after completing a MA at the Chelsea College of Art and Design. Carlos Torres, is a painter who has had a great deal of critical acclaim for his recent museum show in Mexico City. His works' vibrancy is often concealed by a final coat of dark paint so only glimpses of the explosion of colour remain. He has lived for many years in Paris but his Mexican childhood proves a more fertile inspiration for his work and he returns to his homeland annually

Jean Loup Cornilleau, from Paris, worked with the students on their On-Site Project. Sharing his love of the unexpected, shown through his personal juxtapositioning of found objects within 'the gallery' space, Cornilleau challenged the students to re-examine their given sites.

David Tremlett, a British artist who travels extensively, visited the island for a few days. He worked with pure pigment directly onto 'the gallery' walls and showed these Drawings alongside an exhibition of his bookworks

Robert Janz, who launched the Summer Residency in 1997, was only in Guernsey for a week but in that time he taught, prepared an informal exhibition and gave a Performance Reading
